Delete your MotoDoc account

This page explains how to delete your account and the associated data in the MotoDoc app (package name ai.motodoc.app).

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open MotoDoc → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in to the app, send us a deletion request. Fill in the form below — it opens a prefilled email in your mail app.

or email us directly at support@motodoc.ai. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your account profile, chat history and uploaded photos, your garage (motorcycles), and your subscription record.

What is not deleted immediately: payment and tax records that we are legally required to keep are retained up to the legally required period; server backups are purged within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
